Half of UK advisers (52%) cannot see their clients’ crypto assets, according to global asset manager CoinShares.
In a survey of 261 advisers across the UK France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland, CoinShares also found among advisers who actively recommend digital assets, almost one in ten report a management gap above 50%, while two in five feel insufficiently informed to advise. Some 8% of all advisers surveyed reported rising client interest and unmanaged exposure above 50% at the same time. CoinShares highlighted the management gap is driven by firms' digital asset policies, with 61% of advisers working in firms that either explicitly restrict digital assets or provide no clear internal guidan...
