Investors are to get real-time views of prices and trading in the UK bond market for the first time following the launch of its bond consolidated tape.

Operated by ETS Connect UK, the service brings all data on bond trades from multiple sources together in one place. The release builds on UK bond market transparency rules that were established in December 2025. Since then, according to the Financial Conduct Authority, the share of corporate bond trades reported in real time rose from under 5% to over 75%. For government bonds, it grew from 30% to 80%.
