Titan Wealth acquires Progeny's international arm

Adds £900m AUA and brings 13 financial advisers into Titan Wealth

Titan Wealth has agreed to acquire Progeny International in a deal that will add about £900m of AUA to its international business, subject to regulatory approval.

Titan Wealth said the acquisition of the international arm of Progeny Group marked the latest step in its international expansion strategy and aimed to strengthen its presence across key wealth management hubs in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Progeny International, formerly part of Fry Group, operates from offices in Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai International Financial Centre.
