Intelliflo adds agentic AI to platform as profession reaches 'inflection point'

Intelliflo has introduced agentic AI to its office practice management system platform in a move it said is designed to transform how financial advice firms operate.

The technology provider announced the upgrade today (9 June) at its annual Innovate conference, with the "next generation" of its platform set to launch later this year alongside new quality, compliance and client review capabilities. A key feature of the development is the introduction of agentic AI across the platform. Intelliflo said that, "unlike the generative tools advisers know", the technology will operate continuously in the background, monitoring workflows, identifying anomalies, preparing advisers for client reviews and highlighting where client decisions are required.
