Dynamic Planner launches Financial Happiness Index for advisers

Consumer Duty aligned adviser benchmark based on a data set and behavioural model

Dynamic Planner has launched the Financial Happiness Index, designed to explore the factors that most influence how people feel about their financial lives, and what that could mean for clients, advisers, firms and the wider UK advice gap.

Published monthly, the Financial Happiness Index draws on responses from around 4,000 people per month who are engaging with an adviser or are already advised. The index is based on a 12-question questionnaire developed from Dynamic Planner's comprehensive Financial Wellbeing Questionnaire and is built on a live dataset established in July 2023. It tracks financial resilience, emotional resilience and financial knowledge and confidence.
