'AI wants the full picture' – how clients use AI to find advisers

Speaking at Professional Adviser’s PA360 conference today (23 April), The Yardstick Agency founder and director Phil Bray shared insights on how clients use artificial intelligence to find advisers.

There are three ways consumers are using AI to find financial advisers, Bray stated. The first is the "traditional route" which involves research on someone that they have already been recommended to. The second is to compare and contrast multiple advisers. Finally, they may use AI to submit a prompt about their situation, such as retirement, and ask AI to recommend them an adviser.
