Financial advisers have been urged to refocus on long-term thinking as modern markets are beginning to resemble a “casino”, driven by short-term behaviour, delegates heard at PA360.

Speaking at Professional Adviser's PA360 conference today (23 April), Orbis Investments head of UK Dan Brocklebank spoke on the role of financial advice in an increasingly fast-moving world, and urged advisers to refocus on long-term thinking, warning that modern markets are beginning to resemble "a casino" driven by short-term behaviour.
