7IM’s private client business has merged with Amicus Wealth, forming Amicus Wealth Management.

The merger follows 7IM's December 2023 acquisition of Amicus Wealth, the first deal the acquirer had struck since its £255m sale to Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Since then, the businesses have been integrated "to form a single, unified firm with greater scale and enhanced capability", according to an update from 7IM shared this morning (2 March).
