Suttons IFA adds £10m in AUM with KSP Financial acquisition

Latest buyout deal for growing financial planning firm

Suttons IFA has bought Wilmslow-based KSP Financial as it continues to grow its footprint across the north west.

The financial planning and wealth management business said the deal added £10m in assets under management (AUM). KSP Financial has clients across Cheshire and the surrounding counties and focuses on pensions and retirement planning, general financial planning, investments and life insurance.  It was founded in 2019 by Keith Phillips who will remain as a consultant following the transaction, the firm said.  Suttons, which was established in 2006 by Harvey Sutton, is based in Sale, Greater Manchester.
