Financial advice academy Argentis is gearing up to launch a paraplanning academy offering.

In its last academy cohort, Argentis welcomed six adviser candidates and is now working concurrently on the launch of a 2026 paraplanner academy. The launch is expected to go live in May. "The demand for paraplanners is going through the roof," Argentis head of academy and development Phil Leedham told PA. "There needs to be more light shone on paraplanning as well as just financial advisers." Leedham was brought into Argentis last year to head up the firm's advice academy.
