Growth for financial advice businesses means a vast amount of change, which requires an altered mindset for success, delegates heard.

Speaking at Fundment Live: The Adviser Edge on a panel hosted by The Lang Cat CEO Mark Polson, panellists unpacked how to scale a financial planning firm that lasts. Forvis Mazars UK head of family business and Leeds office managing partner Natalie Wright said that your business cannot grow without the right people and team onboard, adding that scaling a business "won't be for everyone".
