Titan Wealth buys Bath IFA

Titan Wealth Planning has bought Bath IFA business Morgans.

The deal sees five advisers and eight members of support staff join Titan Wealth Planning.   Morgans offers financial planning and wealth management services to around 3,000 clients, with its base including private clients, trusts and corporate entities.   The acquired IFA was founded in 2022, following a management buyout from Morgans Insurance Brokers.   The acquisition is expected to build on Titan Wealth Planning's Southwest footprint out of nearby Bristol.  "Titan Wealth Services is committed to offering its broad wealth management offering to clients across...
