Old Mill and Brook Financial join the Kinbrook Group

Both will continue to operate under respective brands following the deal

Financial planning and accountancy firm Old Mill, and its outsourced finance division Brook Financial, have joined the Kinbrook Group.

Kinbrook Group describes itself as a "people-first" accounting and professional services group. It set out that Old Mill will be its anchor in the Southwest and will serve clients from its five offices in the region. Both Old Mill and Brook Financial will continue to operate under their respective brands following the deal. As part of Kinbrook, both should benefit from "national infrastructure, shared innovation, group-wide collaboration, and access to broader expertise".
