Finli is lining up a “sizeable” acquisition alongside a series of smaller deals as part of its growth strategy, with chief distribution officer Simon Goldthorpe stepping back from day-to-day responsibilities and Calum Brewster, former Brown Shipley CEO, set to join as chief commercial officer on 4 November.
Speaking exclusively to Professional Adviser, Goldthorpe revealed the firm, having completed 51 acquisitions in just three years, is continuing to push forward at pace. "We've got a sizable acquisition coming up, and a number of smaller ones in the pipeline," he said. "It's really quite helpful and we're very excited about it.
