Integrity365 snaps up Essex-based advice firm

The firm acquires Peter Murray Financial Management

IFA firm Integrity365 has acquired Essex-based Peter Murray Financial Management for an undisclosed sum.

The deal brings Bristol-based Integrity365's total assets under management to £1.2bn. An independent financial advice firm based in Billericay, Essex, Peter Murray Financial Management was founded in 1970 by Peter Murray, more than 54 years ago. Taken over by his son Stuart Murray in 1993, the firm said it continues to offer independent financial advice to clients in Essex and beyond. Integrity365's CEO Matt Goy said: "Stuart, his team and clients echo our family-focused ethos and values and will also strengthen our presence in the Southeast.
