Lync Wealth Management has bought TKV Financial Management, adding to its presence in the West Midlands.

TKV Financial Management is based in Kingswinford, with a focus on financial planning, retirement advice, pensions and investments.  The newly acquired firm is expected to move under Lync branding following the sale. Lync has previously acquired in the area, through its June purchase of Kingswinford business Hayden Kilkelly Independent Financial Advisers. Other recent Lync buys include Belfast's Carleton Financial Planning and RJ Savage Asset Management. Lync, which is backed by an affiliate of the 7IM group, now has 22 offices and 112 advisers, with AUA totalling around £4bn. ...
