Wren Sterling makes trio of acquisitions taking AUM to £9bn

Latest buys add more than £300m AUM to the national IFA

Wren Sterling has made three IFA business acquisitions, adding more than £300m in assets under management (AUM).

The national IFA firm has snapped up JLS Associates near Perth which has joined its Glasgow team, Kent-based Investment Choices has expanded its growing presence in the South-East, and Broadway Financial Planning, located in the Cotswolds, has boosted its Oxford-based team. Wren Sterling has gained about 520 clients through the acquisitions, as it continued its strategy of "acquiring profitable firms that are geographically well-positioned to support its growth". In total, the three deals have brought in more than £300m of AUM. Wren Sterling's total assets now stand at about £9bn. ...
