Titan Wealth has acquired Jersey-based financial advice firm Advisa Wealth, subject to regulatory approval.

Advisa Wealth manages £525m in assets and serves more than 1,800 clients with a 95% retention rate. Titan said this move strengthens its international financial planning capabilities and enhances its presence in the Channel Islands. Founded in 1995, Advisa Wealth offers services including lifestyle planning, investment advice, life protection, and corporate solutions. Advisa's management team and ten advisers join the Titan Wealth group.
