FE Fundinfo buys platform due diligence tool AdviserAsset

Business makes eighth acquisition in three years

FE Fundinfo has bought due diligence and product selection tool provider AdviserAsset in its eighth acquisition deal in three years.

AdviserAsset is a tool that helps financial advisers analyse product and platform switching. FE Fundinfo's clients will also get access to AdviserAsset's platform database to assist them in assessing associated charges and benefits with switching platforms. The acquisitive business said the latest batch of tools would be integrated with its current products as a research and selection module powered by FE Analytics.
