Nick Eatock: The 'advice journey gap' is the issue advisers must solve now

A gap in the client advice journey is a crucial issue the industry must look to address by better engaging with technology and digital-first solutions, according to Intelliflo.

Speaking at Intelliflo's Innovate 2024 conference today (4 June), chief executive Nick Eatock said an ‘advice journey gap' now exists alongside the more often discussed issue of the advice gap. Eatock cited Intelliflo research which found almost all (94%) advisers feel their clients' advice journeys "are not as good as they could be". "This is most because of poor technology and integration," Eatock said. "The finding really underscores the need for solutions to streamline that process."
