‘Some platforms have improved whilst others having more problems’

The industry’s positivity level towards platforms they work with remains the same compared to 12 months ago, a Professional Adviser poll has shown.

The majority (62%) of industry professionals said they are feeling the same level of positivity. In last week's PA Asks, we asked if advice firms are feeling more or less positively about the platforms they work with compared to the same period last year. Whilst the majority said they feel the same, 23% said they feel less positive and 15% said they feel more positive. For one pundit who is feeling more positively, they said costs are reducing, service is improving, and it is great to see the Financial Conduct Authority tackling interest paid on cash.
