Industry respondents concerned about incorporating AI into their business

More than one third (37%) of the industry are ‘very concerned’ about incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into their business, a recent Professional Adviser poll has shown.

In the latest PA Asks, 37% of the respondents said they are ‘very concerned' regarding data security when incorporating the technology into their business. One pundit who said they were ‘very concerned' had no plans to incorporate AI in their business, whilst another said they are "not prepared to risk clients' data to adopt the AI currently available". "AI still needs lots of refining in my opinion and extra safeguards put in or we could have another Post Office type scandal investment based," they warned.
