Charlesbank Capital Partners succeeds CBPE as expansion continues

Perspective Financial Group (Perspective) has secured fresh backing from US-based private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners (Charlesbank) which takes over from its original investment partner CBPE Capital (CBPE).

Perspective, founded in 2008, has completed more than 80 acquisitions since launch, including 45 since CBPE invested in 2019. It said all its acquisitions had been fully integrated into the group ensuring high standards of advice and compliance whilst "enabling all acquisitions to benefit from the significant investments that have been made in central support functions and technology".
