Fairstone continues expansion strategy with two more buys

Consolidator Fairstone has expanded its operations into County Durham, Wales and Hampshire with two acquisitions.

Station Financial IFA is situated across three offices - New Milton in Hampshire, and Bridgend and Chepstow in Wales. This boosts Fairstone's existing presence in Wales to five offices and adds a fourth office to the firm's growing footprint in the South West. At the same time, Fairstone's acquisition of Advanced Financial Services has also been completed. With two north east-based offices in Newton Aycliffe and Consett, the deal doubles the firm's presence in County Durham.
