In this week’s PA Asks, we want to know whether financial advisers are concerned about losing clients to targeted support.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) outlined its targeted support plans on Monday (30 June). Under the proposals, firms will be able to offer suggestions to groups of consumers who have common characteristics. Most firms are expected to offer the service at no-cost, instead looking to cross-subsidise it through increases in revenue elsewhere.
Also in PA Asks this week:
- Are BDMs still important for advisers?
- How far would you travel to a client meeting?
- Do you keep in touch with clients when you are on holiday?
