Edinburgh advice firms join forces in strategic merger

The merged firm will operate under the Calton Wealth brand

Edinburgh-based advice firms RMS Financial and Calton Wealth Management have announced a merger.

It was confirmed last week that the new company will operate under the Calton Wealth Management brand. As part of the deal, RSM Financial's managing director Richard Murray will join Calton Wealth as the financial planning director.  The merger comes after Calton Wealth announced its intention to grow through acquisitions this year.
