Chartered firm wants to acquire more Openwork Partnership firms

Chartered financial planning firm The Penny Group (TPG) has completed the acquisition of Surrey-based Bright Blue Wealth (BBW).

BBW, run by Andy Wilmot, has provided advice to high net worth clients across London and the South East for more than 25 years, its acquirer said. Wilmot and the firm's team of advisers and support staff will continue to trade under the current brand and remain in its Chertsey offices to minimise disruption, added TPG.
