Titan Wealth acquires DFM Baggette Asset Management

Titan Wealth Holdings has acquired Poole-based discretionary fund manager Baggette Asset Management adding about £180m in assets under management.  

Baggette, launched in 2017, runs a fund of funds range - Mazarin - which brings further diversification to Titan's offering, it said. As part of the agreement, Titan and Baggette & Company Wealth Management (BWM) will form a strategic partnership, with Baggette Wealth Management acting as retail distribution partner.
