Bishop Fleming names chair to oversee 'ambitious' growth plans

Bishop Fleming, which offers financial planning, accountancy and tax services, has named Pippa Clarke as its next chair as the firm plans to double in size in the coming years.

Clarke, a tax partner and head of the firm's technology, innovation and growth sector, will oversee an "ambitious" growth strategy. Outgoing chair, Smith, held the position since 2017. He said his departure was "bittersweet". "It is bittersweet that I am retiring from the partnership at this juncture. On the one hand, I am immensely proud of what we have achieved during my tenure, but at the same time I am somewhat jealous of the opportunities that lie ahead for our business."
