IWP rebrands Welsh hub and appoints CEO

Becomes Nugenis Financial Planning

Maven Wealth, the Welsh regional office of advice firm Independent Wealth Planners (IWP), has appointed Gareth Tregidon as CEO.

Tregidon was previously interim CEO and head of financial planning at the firm. The firm has also revealed that Maven has become Nugenis Financial Planning. The rebrand followed a challenge to the use of the Maven name from another firm in the broader financial sector, according to IWP. The firm said Nugenis is a combination of the words new, generation and lumis (light), to reflect the firm's forward-looking perspective, its multi-generation reach and its optimistic and personal approach.
