BRI Wealth Management appoints CEO's son as successor

BRI Wealth Management has appointed Dan Boardman-Weston as chief executive officer, effective 1 April 2022.

He will replace his father Simon Boardman-Weston, who will move to the executive chairman role. Dan (pictured) will maintain his responsibilities as chief investment officer, BRI said. Dan Boardman-Weston joined BRI as a trainee portfolio manager in 2011, assisting the investment department with research and the management of client portfolios. Simon Boardman-Weston acquired the firm, established more than 50 years ago, in 1991. It has 44 employees, more than 1,000 clients and an annual turnover in excess of £5m.
