Regulatory expert Rory Percival retires

After winding down over the past three years, he said he attended his last board meeting this month. Percival worked in financial services regulation for more than 15 years, first at the Financial Services Authority then at its successor the FCA before leaving the world of regulatory bodies to set up his own consultancy in 2016.
