ASH adopts Model Office compliance technology

Adviser Service Holdings (ASH) has started using Model Office-MO to offer governance, risk and compliance technology to support and streamline member firm audit services.

ASH, a group of companies that aims to provide complementary services to financial advisers, bought Sense Network in September 2020 for just over £9m. The acquisition resulted in about 300 advisers joining the organisation with 100 more added to the books after it stepped in following the voluntary administration of Network Direct. ASH also bought Lyncombe Consultants. Adviser and firms under its umbrella will now have access to the regtech offering.
