Advisers are increasingly a part of the European ETF market growth story as they more regularly choose discretionary fund managers that offer the products and use them to make targeted decisions for client portfolios. Assets invested in the ETF industry in Europe reached a record $3.97trnn at the end of August, according to ETFGI's report from that month, surpassing the previous record of $3.80trn at the end of July and placing the industry just 0.75% below the $4trn milestone.
