Tenet Group has named Simon Broadley as managing director of Tenet&You, its adviser business.

Broadley, who joined Tenet in 2018, will continue serving as managing director of Tenet Mortgage Solutions, the group's owned mortgage and protection business. He is also deputy chairman of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI). Earlier in his career, Broadley was head of insurance and investments at the Yorkshire Building Society Group. He also provided strategic leadership and guidance to the Credit Union as non-executive director at Leeds City Credit Union. Dave Harris has also joined the firm as head of customer acquisitions.
