Anne Richards, CEO of Fidelity International, has been honoured with a damehood for services to financial services, women, education and science in the Queen’s birthday honours.

Richards holds almost 30 years' experience in the financial services industry and has served as chief executive of Fidelity International since December 2018, prior to which she was M&G Investments' chief executive for two years. She has also held a variety of roles across the industry, including global chief investment officer at Aberdeen Asset Management, chief executive of Edinburgh Fund Managers, head of alpha at Mercury Asset Management and vice president at J.P.
