Perspective Financial Group makes 39th acquisition

Financial planning and wealth management group Perspective Financial Group has acquired Darlington-based Atkinson White Partnership for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition is the group's thirty-ninth since it was founded in 2008 and will add around £130m of assets and 500 clients. It is also its third acquisition of 2021 so far. Perspective's two founders, Simon Atkinson and Neil White, who are retiring from the business, will stay on as consultants for the next three months. The office's current location will remain the same and the financial planning and administrative team will transfer across in full. The deal will take Perspective's assets under management to £3.2bn.
