IFA Gale and Phillipson completes fourth acquisition

IFA and wealth management firm Gale and Phillipson has completed the acquisition of Gyr Financial Consulting.

Gyr is Gale and Phillipson's fourth acquisition and will add funds under management of about £200m. Gale and Phillipson had previously acquired Indigo Financial Advisers, Vintage Financial Solutions & Robin Joyner Associates based in West Wickham, Borehamwood and Camberley respectively. The acquired firm, based in Swanley, Kent, will increase Gale and Phillipson's presence in London and the south of England.
