Last week steelworkers, regulators, financial advisers and lawyers all descended on Westminster to talk compensation for British Steel workers. Professional Adviser's Hannah Godfrey managed to catch some of them on camera to interview them about the latest summit in parliament...

On Thursday (27 February) steelworkers from Port Talbot, Scunthorpe and Teesside met MPs and heads of regulatory and industry bodies to talk about their experience of being poorly advised to transfer out of their defined benefit pensions. During the three-hour session in Westminster Palace the likes of professional indemnity insurance, adviser capital adequacy requirements and the funding of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) were all discussed.
