Walker Crips names new CEO and CIO

Nicolaj Bagge-Hansen, known as Nick Hansen, has been named chief executive of Walker Crips Investment Management (WCIM), having been at the firm since 2007.

Walker Crips Group announced Hansen will assume the role with immediate effect (24 September) from Sean Lam, the group chief executive officer who has acted as interim CEO of WCIM since 30 January 2019. Hansen started as head of structured products at WCIM and was appointed executive director to the board in 2010. WCIM also announced the appointment of Chris Darbyshire as chief investment officer from Seven Investment Management, where he held the same position and was responsible for running its investment products and investment process, and was chair of the asset allocation c...
