Cumbrian advice firm awarded gold by Investors in People

‘If our people are the best they can be, then so is our service’

Financial Management Bureau (FMB) has been awarded the gold standard by Investors in People (IIP).

The Kendal-based independent financial planning business has been accredited by IIP for more than 20 years. Since 2016, it held the IIP silver standard but its status was upgraded after a thorough assessment of the business. The assessment included an anonymous survey by all staff, a review of business strategy and all HR procedures as well as face to face interviews with randomly selected members of staff.
