Charlie Parker joins Albemarle Partners from Sanlam

Charlie Parker has joined discretionary fund manager Albemarle Street Partners as managing director after spending two years at Sanlam UK as head of portfolio management.

Albemarle said Parker would focus on developing its existing model portfolio services. Before his time at Sanlam, Parker was head of distribution at Neptune Investment Management. Albemarle CEO Matthew Butcher said: "This is an exciting time for Albemarle Street Partners as we build on our strong service to our existing professional adviser clients and develop new partnerships. I believe the breadth of Charlie's experience will enable us to expand our business and enhance the quality of our client service."
