Schroders and Lloyds unveil leadership team for financial planning arm

Schroders and Lloyds Banking Group have named the executive team for their joint financial planning venture, Schroders Personal Wealth.

The wealth management firm JV is expected to launch in June, subject to regulatory approval. The businesses have said they want to make Schroders Personal Wealth one of the "top three UK financial planning businesses within five years". Schroders earlier revealed its co-head of UK intermediary James Rainbow would be chief executive of JV and Antonio Lorenzo, chief executive of Scottish Widows and group director of insurance and wealth, would be chairman, when the partnership was revealed in October 2018.  Further appointments include: • Nick Allen, chief operating officer (currentl...
