Paul Resnik takes 5% stake in regtech platform Model Office

Finametrica co-founder Paul Resnik has taken a 5% equity stake in Model Office - a move the regtech platform said would support its strategic plan to help advisers use technology and AI to meet their compliance needs.

According to Model Office founder and director Chris Davies the digital compliance platform is establishing a new market for financial advisers with regtech to support "their ever-demanding compliance needs". He added: "We are delighted Paul has decided to support the business and its strategic plan to enable advisers to use regtech and artificial intelligence and benchmark their professional practice against the regulations and gain prioritised tasks to improve compliance scores'.
