"It's only a matter of time" A couple of weeks ahead of the 10th anniversary of the collapse of Lehman Brothers - the event that really set the global financial crisis in full swing - economist, academic and cross-bench peer Robert Skidelsky tells the Mail on Sunday a sequel is "only a matter of time".
