Cardiff-based UNIQ Family Wealth has acquired Isaac Rees Wealth Management as part of the financial planning firm's growth strategy.
UNIQ acquired Brecon-based Isaac Rees - its second acquisition in 15 months - in April, under a share purchase deal with assets of £28m. The purchase of Morgan Stone Independent in February 2017, brought in assets of £20m. The deal is part of UNIQ's growth strategy, which managing director and founder Marlene Outrim (pictured) looked to accelerate by acquiring smaller IFAs looking to retire.
