Former insurer and inter-dealer broker appointed Tilney group CFO

Wealth management group Tilney has appointed Andrew Baddeley as its chief financial officer (CFO).

Baddeley has joined the £24bn assets under management business from inter-dealer broker TP ICAP where he was CFO and led the planning and initial integration project of Tullet Prebon's acquisition of ICAP. His time at TP ICAP followed 18 years in the insurance sector where he was group CFO of Brit Insurance through its initial public offering and entry into the FTSE 250. Tilney last year hired former RAC chief Chris Woodhouse to replace Peter Hall as CEO.
