Intelliflo bought by Invesco

Technology provider for financial advisers Intelliflo has been bought by investment firm Invesco for an undisclosed fee.

The back office provider has been owned by European private equity investor HgCapital since 2013. Intelliflo offers its back office Intelligent Office (iO) software and supports around 30% of UK advisers and 19,000 "investment professionals" with its technologies. Intelliflo said it plans to take its technology into "new markets across the globe" as a result of the sale, while in the UK it said it will bring together its "market-leading technology and Invesco's broad investment management expertise to deliver unrivalled support for UK financial advisers". Invesco manages more than £950bn...
