Barnstaple-based IFA first North Devon firm to earn Chartered status

Barnstaple-based IFA and wealth manager Philip J Milton & Company is the first North Devon firm to have been awarded Chartered financial planner status.

Established by managing director Philip Milton, in his parents' front room in 1985, he holds the individual Chartered financial planner title along with three of his adviser colleagues.  The firm specialises in independent discretionary investment management and has surpassed £150m assets under management, so far in 2017/18.
