Malcolm Small, founder of the Retirement Income Alliance, a former TISA policy director and, more recently, a special adviser at Copia, has died at the age of 62.

Small (pictured) passed away on 19 February while in Spain - the cause of death is not yet known. He joined Copia Capital Management, the investment management division of Novia Financial, in June ...
